Here's some answers to the questions I know you're asking.
Why do I even need a website?
If a customer needs to choose between you and a competitor, but the competitor has a website, even a bad one, most customers will choose them.
Not because their better, just because they have a website.
Now imagine you both have websites, but you have the better website.
How much does a website cost?
I have three packages:
Starter — R987 a month
Business — R2,987 a month
Premium — R7,987 a month
Everything is included in the monthly fee. There are no extra costs.
Do I need to pay a deposit to start?
Yes. Each package has its own small deposit before i start building your website.
Starter Package — R100 Deposit
Business Package — R300 Deposit
Premium Package — R700 Deposit
This deposit saves your spot and covers my time to build your site. You don't pay the full monthly price until your website is ready and you're happy.
What happens if I cancel?
It's exactly like a Netflix subscription — if you don't pay, you can't watch any movies. So if you decide to cancel, your website will be shut down.
I'm human as well, I know stuff happens. So if you need a break, tell me. I can pause your website instead of shutting it down, and turn it back on when you're ready.
Do I need to write the words for my website?
No. I'll write the copy on your website. I've built over 100 websites, so I know what works. Before your website goes live, you can go through it and ask me to change any words you like.
Can I make changes to my website once it's live?
Absolutely. Just WhatsApp me what you want changed, and I'll change it. No extra cost.
Do I need to give you photos for my website?
Except for photos of your own projects, you don't have to. I'll provide all the photos. Before your website goes live, you can go through them and ask me to change any photos.
How long does it take to build my website?
It depends on which package you choose. Starter Package is usually done within 6 days. Business Package is usually done within 12 days. Premium Package is usually done within 20 days.
Will people find my website on Google?
Yes. Every website I build is set up the right way, so when a customer Googles your business, your website will show.
Will my website work on phones and computers?
Yes. Your website will work perfectly on both phones and computers.
Will a website actually get me customers?
A website absolutely helps, but it's not the magic cure. You still need to do other forms of marketing, like ads and social media, to drive visitors to your website.
The website's job is that once a visitor is on your site, you have the best chance to turn them into paying customers.
